Q&A about Payment

We get daily emails and calls from models regarding payments and when their checks have been sent out. Please take a moment to read the payment Q&A's below. 

Q: I am a new model with M&G. What do I need to do to get paid after a booking?
A: We will send you three forms: Agency Agreement, Talent Stats and W-9. We can not send you checks without having these forms completely filled out and returned to us. 

Q: How long does payment usually take?
A: Our clients have 30 days to pay their invoice after the booking is completed. After we receive payment from the client, it is deposited into our banking account. We wait two days to be sure the check clears and then write and mail your check. We do have some clients that have longer payment cycles and could take up to 90 days. 

Q: You said you mailed my check but I have not received it. What do I do?
A: We have a few options if this happens. If you have changed your address but didn't let us know, we can cancel the check and reissue it to you for a fee. If there is another issue please contact us. 

Q: What happens if a client doesn't pay at all or is late paying?
A: We don't get paid unless you get paid. This means that we will do everything we can to obtain payment from the client. 

We do not hold payment for any reason other than not having paperwork turned in. Please note that every time we have to answer an email or phone call about payment is time taken away from obtaining you more bookings. IF there is an issue with payment WE WILL CONTACT YOU. Remember that WE DO NOT GET PAID IF YOU DO NOT GET PAID.
